Common questions
How do I restore Refactor Pro on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then go to Today › Settings › Restore purchases. There's no Refactor account; your subscription belongs to your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Refactor Pro, or Today › Settings › Manage subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
Will I lose my workouts if I change phone?
Your data moves with your iPhone backup (iCloud or your computer). Restoring a new iPhone from that backup brings Refactor's data with it.
Apple Health isn't showing my food or steps.
Check Today › Settings › Sync with Apple Health is on, then in the Health app go to Sharing › Apps › Refactor and turn on the data you want to share.
When does a lift go up?
When every working set last session reached the top of the rep range, the next session suggests adding that exercise's weight step. Tap Not today to stay put. Change the step in Catalog › exercise › Edit.
I can't open the progress vault.
The vault uses Face ID, or your iPhone passcode as a fallback, and needs a passcode set on the iPhone. It locks again every time you leave the app.
The watch app doesn't open when I start a workout.
Install it from the Watch app on your iPhone (My Watch › Available Apps › Refactor), open it once on the watch and allow Health, then keep the watch on your wrist and unlocked when you press Start.
Where do my heart-rate zones come from?
From your max heart rate, worked out from your date of birth in Today › Settings › About you. If you know your real max from a hard effort or a test, switch on Use my own max there.
